In connection with the processing of data by the Foundation, we would like to inform you:

  1. The administrator of personal data is the Fundacja Międzynarodowy Ruch na Rzecz Zwierząt – Viva! (hereinafter: “ADMINISTRATOR”), with its seat at ul. Personal data is processed on the basis of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Act of 11 July 2014. about petitions.
    • The processing of personal data takes place in order to collect signatures supporting the petition and transfer them to the appropriate administrative authority, in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator resulting from the Act of 11 July 2014. about petitions – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO
    • The processing of personal data is carried out for marketing purposes – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO
  4. Personal data does not come from third parties.
  5. The administrator does not intend to transfer data to a third country or an international organization.
  6. The administrator intends to transfer data to the addressees of the petition, in accordance with the law.
    • Personal data will be processed by the Administrator as long as signatures for the petition are collected, until it is forwarded and considered.
    • Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
  7. The data subject has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
  8. A complaint against the Administrator’s actions may be brought to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
    • Providing personal data is necessary to sign the petition.
    • Providing data is voluntary for marketing purposes.
  9. The administrator does not provide for automated decision making.
