The processing of personal data takes place in order to collect signatures supporting the petition and transfer them to the appropriate administrative authority, in order to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator resulting from the Act of 11 July 2014. about petitions – art. 6 ust. 1 lit. c RODO

Personal data will be processed by the Administrator as long as signatures for the petition are collected, until it is forwarded and considered.
Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.
The data subject has the right to request the administrator to access personal data, rectify it, delete or limit processing, and the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
A complaint against the Administrator’s actions may be brought to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Providing personal data is necessary to sign the petition.
Providing data is voluntary for marketing purposes.
The administrator does not provide for automated decision making.
